Welcome to 2010

Published in

A belated Welcome to 2010.

2010 is the International Year of Biodiversity and may we through our efforts and those of those around us add to, not diminish the Biodiversity of our part of our little blue world.

Welcome to all our new members from 2009!

The new plot section is underway with thanks to Peter and his many helpers. There will be an update to follow with more detail.

This site will see more attention and enhancements this year with the hope it will become more useful to community as a whole. What would like to see included, would you like to contribute - let us know?

There is a visit planned to Murray "Mr Organic"'s place on Saturday 6th Feb, check your Email from Mary for more detail and let us know if you're a member and didn't get it.

See you round the plots!

Particular thanks to to the good work of Peter Pendlebury, Candice Laidlaw (TRC) and Peter’s brother, Grant, of Kehoe Myers Engineering for the successful grant application from the Ergon Energy Envirofund and the news is that TRC will provide services in kind.

LOGI Native Bee Keeping Day - 12th September 2009

A wonderful day was had by all and below is Maryanne's take on the day, a view shared by many.

On a fine Saturday morning Mary, Rod, Daniel, Ethan, Lily and I ventured down the hill to Russell and Janine Zabel's lovely home for a look into the secretive world of the Native Stingless Bee.
